Our terms and conditions are as follows:

1. We are strictly a wholesale business and therefore our items are solely for re-sale. Our minimum order is £50 ex. vat.

2. Returns policy: We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched in excellent condition. However, should there be a fault with any of our goods please return them to us in the original packing within seven days. Body jewellery or earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Items will not be replaced, you will be credited that amount when we receive the goods and agree they are defective as a result of faulty workmanship. Returns are sent at your own expense.

2a. Items that are deemed unsuitable by the buyer for whatever reason, may be returned and a small handling charge of 15% will be charged on the total of the returned items. As with any discrepencies in your order, these should also be made known to us withing 7 days of receipt of your order.

3. Our delivery charge is onlu £3.95 (ex. vat) on all orders up to 30 Kgs. within the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs of receipt (maybe 48 hrs. at Christmas time) If an order is needed next day, please phone for details regarding extra postage costs.

Please note: All our orders are dispatched either by 1st class recorded post or Parcelforce (depending on the weight). If you think your order is delayed for some reason, it may be worth contacting your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you.

4. All prices quoted on the website are ex. vat. Our registered vat no. is 848359187.

5. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal and Credit card. Cheques are to be made payable to Jewellery Wholesaler and will have to clear before the order can be dispatched, usually 5-7 working days.

6. Your personal details are not shared with a third party and our site is completely secure being protected by an up to date SSL Certificate.

7. Costume jewellery will discolour depending on its use and the way it is stored. We are unable to allow a credit note for discoloration of goods.

8. We reserve the right to alter our prices without advance notification.

9. How To Pay : We have recently handed over all our payment transactions to Paypal. This means the highest level of security for our customers. You do not have to have a paypal account to complete the checkout. You just follow the instructions to the final checkout and click on the 'CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL'. You will then have the option to either pay with your paypal account or with your credit card. If you have any problems just get in touch and we will help you out.

Please note : You don't need a Paypal account, just follow the paypal payment instructions
and you can pay with your debit or credit card after you have given your delivery details.
