Our terms and conditions are as follows:

1.   We are strictly a wholesale business, our minimum order is £50 ex. vat.

2.   Returns policy: We make every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched  in excellent condition. However, should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them to us in the original packing within seven days. Body jewellery or earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons. It is  recommended  that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

3.   Our delivery charge is £6.50 (ex. vat) on all orders up to 30 Kgs. within the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland.  

Please note: We are unable to track orders that have been despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post, but the majority of orders are delivered the next day.
Unfortunately we must wait up to 15 working days before we are able to replace items missing in transit which have been shipped using Royal Mail. It may be worth contacting your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you.    

4.   All prices quoted on the website are ex. vat.   Our registered vat no. is 848359187.

5.   Our preferred method of payment is Paypal and Credit card.  Cheques are to be made payable to Jewellery Wholesaler  and will have to clear before the order can be dispatched, usually 5-7 working days.

6.  Your personal details are not shared with a third party and our site is completely secure being protected by an up to date SSL Certificate.
